The Sneffels range of the northern San Juan mountains are probably my favorite in all of colorado. Massive 14,000 ft mountains and sprawling ranchland as far as you can see. They call the area around here millionaire valley for obvious reasons. This photo was taken just down the road from Ralf Lauren's 25,000 Acre Double RL Ranch.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. St Elmo is incredible, about 20 miles west of Buena Vista, best preserved Ghost Town around.....easy drive. The river along the way is something else, awesome waterfall shots abound. Tallest Aspen trees I have ever seen as well. Check this out [link] it really is quite a place!
